 Biography
Chad Allegra (born January 20, 1980) is an American professional wrestler better known by his ring name "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson. He is currently signed to WWE on the Raw brand. Anderson is best known for his work as a tag team wrestler, particularly in Japanese promotions like Pro Wrestling Noah and New Japan Pro Wrestling, where he is a former four-time IWGP Tag Team Champion. He holds the record for the longest reign and the most defenses with the title, achieved on his first reign with former partner Giant Bernard. Anderson and Bernard are also former Pro Wrestling Noah's GHC Tag Team Champions. Anderson is also a three-time winner of NJPW's top tag team tournament, the G1/World Tag League, having won it in 2009 with Bernard, in 2012 with Hirooki Goto and in 2013 with Doc Gallows. He also wrestled for Southern California-based independent promotion Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) between 2007 and 2009. He joined WWE in 2016.

Renee Young is outside Shane McMahon’s door. She says she is hoping to get an update on Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles leaves the office. AJ says he is in a good mood because he is a happy guy. He will be alone in the ring with Shinsuke Nakamura in three days. He also gets a chance to soften up Nakamura but he will have Rusev and Aiden English with him. Renee asks AJ if he is taking them on three on one. AJ says it will be a six man tag match. Renee asks AJ if he knows who is partners are and AJ says it will be Too Sweet.

AJ Styles is in the locker room with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. AJ says this is where they need to be. They Too Sweet and we go to commercial.

Match Number Four: AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows versus Aiden English, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Rusev

Styles and Nakamura start things off but Nakamura decides to tag in English before any physicality occurs. Styles knocks Nakamura off the apron and then brings English into the ring. Gallows tags in and he punches Aiden. Anderson tags in and he hits a European uppercut. Anderson with a snap mare and Styles with a sliding forearm. Gallows tags in and hits a splash. Anderson tags in and hits a jumping knee. All three men take care of Rusev.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Anderson with a knee to Rusev and Styles tags in. Styles with strikes to Rusev. Styles goes after English and Nakamura and AJ goes to the apron. Rusev with a jumping thrust kick and English tags in. English with a knee and kicks. English with a reverse chin lock. English sends Styles to the mat and kicks him. Nakamura tags in and punches Styles in the midsection. Nakamura with knees to Styles and then he kicks him in the corner. Nakamura with a snap mare and knee drop for a near fall. Nakamura teases a kick to the lower groin but he decides to kick Styles. Rusev tags in and he kicks Styles.

Rusev with a slam and running elbow drop for a near fall. English tags in and he hits a running hip in the corner. Rusev with a thrust kick for a near fall by English. Styles with a Phenomenal Drop Kick and Rusev tags in but Styles with a Pele Kick. Gallows tags in and he clotheslines English and then hits a splash into the corner. Gallows with a round kick to the shoulder and then Gallows with a pump handle slam and a Warrior splash for a near fall.

Rusev sends Anderson into the ring post. Gallows sends English to the floor. Nakamura makes the tag and he kicks Gallows in the leg and hits Kinshasa to the back of the head for the three count.

Winners: Shinsuke Nakamura, Aiden English, and Rusev

After the match, Styles attacks Nakamura but Nakamura with a forearm to the lower groin. Nakamura sets for Kinshasa on AJ but Anderson gets in the way to take the move.

Nakamura tells AJ to come on as he sets for Kinshasa on Anderson and he hits it.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel

Axel started off with Anderson. The Balor Club had the advantage early. Gallows worked him over in the corner and led a “nerd” chant. Gallows and Anderson tagged in and out, working over Axel. Dallas was able to tag in and drilled Anderson with a knee to the kidneys. For some reason, the camera just panned upwards to the Chamber structure. Anderson drilled Axel with a karate kick to the head but Dallas had been tagged in and knocked him off the ropes to the floor as they went to commercial.

When they returned, Dallas nailed Anderson with a clothesline. They tagged in and out, working over Anderson. They scored several two counts. Anderson sent Dallas into the ropes as Axel went to the top, crotching Axel. Gallows tagged in and they regained control, nailing the Magic Killer for the pin.

We are back and Luke Gallows says the Revival are pushing the Nerd-O-Meter to the limit when they talk about being tag team wrestlers. Luke says he wants a chance tonight. Karl says that being able to name all tag teams since 1902 make them . . . nerds.

Wilder and Dawson attack Gallows and Anderson as Gallows and Anderson go to the ring for their match. Gallows is clipped and Anderson is sent into the ringside barrier.

Gallows and Anderson get into the ring as Wilder and Dawson go to the floor.

Match Number Two: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder versus Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows

Gallows punches Dawson and connects with knees. Gallows with cover up uppercuts and then he knocks Wilder off the apron. Gallows with a biel to Dawson. Gallows with jabs and an uppercut in the corner. Gallows with a boot to Dawson and a back body drop to Wilder. Anderson punches Wilder on the floor. Anderson is stopped by the referee. Gallows sends Wilder over the top rope and then Dawson with a shoulder to the knee.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Dawson with a knee bar and he continues to work on the leg. Wilder tags in and he connects with a forearm to the leg. Wilder with a punch and he works on the knee. Gallows kicks Wilder to try to get free. Wilder with an elbow to the leg and Gallows with a kick. Gallows with a thrust kick as Dawson comes off the turnbuckles. Anderson and Wilder tag in and Anderson with clotheslines and a flying boot. Anderson knocks Dawson off the apron and then Anderson with a running boot in the corner. Anderson comes off the turnbuckles with a neck breaker.

Gallows trips Dawson and pulls him to the floor. Gallows with an uppercut to Dawson but Dawson sends Gallows into the ring steps. Wilder with a rollup for a near fall. Anderson with a spinebuster to Wilder for a near fall. Dawson tags in and Anderson is able to get out of the corner. They hit Shatter Machine for the three count.

Dash and Anderson start things off and Dawson is tagged in. They lock up and Dawson backs Anderson into the corner and Dawson with a forearm on the break. Dawson with a chop and forearm. Dawson blocks an uppercut and hits a shoulder tackle. Anderson with an arm drag and back elbow. Anderson hip tosses Wilder and then Balor comes in for a double back body drop.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Dawson with an arm bar on Balor. Dawson tries to keep Balor from making his way to the corner and he backs Balor into his own corner. Balor sends Dawson to the floor after Balor knocks Wilder off the apron. Wilder makes the tag and he runs Balor into the turnbuckles. Dawson tags back in and he punches Balor. Dawson with an arm bar. Balor with a double stomp and Wilder and Anderson tag in.

Anderson with clotheslines followed by a flying boot. Dawson is knocked off the apron. Anderson with a running knee into the corner and then he hits a neck breaker off the turnbuckles. Wilder with a side head lock and Dawson holds on and makes the tag. Anderson with a spinebuster for a near fall. Wilder is sent to the floor and Balor tags in. Anderson with a pescado onto Wilder on the floor. Balor with Slingblade followed by a running drop kick and Coup de Grace for the three count.

We are back with photos of some more Raw moments. We are back in Manhattan and it is time for DX to make an appearance.

Shawn Michaels and Triple H make their way to the ring. Shawn says he has been asked about his most favoritist Raw moment but he cannot remember 25 minutes ago. Shawn mentions the sausage segment but Hunter cuts him off. Shawn mentions the Christmas segment and Hunter cuts him off too. Shawn says he used to be the boss of this group, but now Hunter is the boss of everything. He doesn’t get to do anything anymore. Shawn says that even though he can’t talk about it, you can watch it on the WWE Network.

Hunter reminds everyone it started here 25 years ago and you lit the spark and started the fire that became the inferno that became the WWE. Hunter says they are here because of you. Twenty years ago, they started something special in this ring. They would walk to this ring every week with Ravishing Rick Rude and Chyna and they would do whatever they wanted to do or say whatever they wanted to say. They were at the forefront.

Whether it was driving a tank to the door of WCW to start a war or whether it was being here for the 25th anniversary. They came here because the Manhattan Center is home for Raw.

Hunter says they didn’t come alone.

The New Age Outlaws make their way to the ring. Road Dogg does their introduction. He says they did not come alone.

X-Pac makes his way to the ring. He says this is a DX reunion (as the crowd chants 1-2-3 for Sean), but they cannot have a 25th anniversary of Raw celebration without this guy.

Razor Ramon makes his way to the ring.

We go to commercial.

We are back for a Hey Yo from Scott Hall. He says you can’t have a party on Raw without the Bad Guy. He says he has been watching the show from both locations. Everyone can agree that this show is too sweet.

Finn Balor, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson make their way to the ring.

The Revival interrupt and make their way to the ring.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson (with Finn Balor) versus Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder

Wilder and Dawson attack Gallows and Anderson before the bell and then Wilder works over Anderson and Dawson tags in and kicks Anderson and followed by a back elbow. Dawson with a leg drop to Anderson. Wilder tags in and Dawson with a punch followed by an uppercut and side head lock from Wilder. Dawson tags in and he cuts off the tag and applies a side head lock. Anderson with a leg lariat to Dawson and Wilder and Gallows tag in.

Gallows with uppercuts and a splash into the corner. Gallows with a boot to Dawson and a round kick to Wilder. Anderson tags in and they hit Magic Killer for the three count.

Winners: Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson

After the match, Dawson grabs Hall and Hall throws his toothpick in Dawson’s face. X-Pac with an X Factor. Road Dogg with jabs followed by a Fameasser. Shawn with a super kick to Wilder followed by a Pedigree from Hunter. Balor goes up top for a Coup De Grace.

Finn Balor says that when he faced Seth Rollins, it was the greatest moment of his life. He will prove tonight that it was no accident. With his good brothers at his side, it will be too sweet.

Finn Balor (with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows) versus Seth Rollins (with Jason Jordan)

They lock up and Rollins with a side head lock and Rollins holds on when Balor tries to send him off the ropes. Balor with arm drags into an arm bar. Rollins backs Balor into the ropes and Rollins with an arm drag and shoulder tackle followed by a kick. Rollins with a chop and punches followed by kicks in the corner. Rollins with a snap mare into a reverse chin lock. Rollins with a knee to the midsection and he goes for a sunset flip and Balor rolls through and drop kicks Rollins. Rollins is sent to the floor and Balor with a running kick on the apron.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Rollins with forearms in the corner. Rollins with a blockbuster but he holds his knee after landing. Rollins with a running knee to the back to send Balor to the floor. Rollins sets for a suicide dive and he hits it but Rollins holds his knee as he lands on the floor. Rollins with a neck breaker and he gets a near fall. Rollins with a cravate and a knee to the midsection followed by a forearm to the back of the head. Balor with forearms and Rollins with an elbow to the back of the head. Rollins with an elbow to the head and Balor with a boot and running forearms. Balor with a double leg take down and a double stomp.

Balor with a running chop into the corner and then he floats over but he runs into a boot. Balor with an enzuigiri followed by a elbow to the chest. Rollins avoids Slingblade and hits his own for a near fall. Rollins with running forearms into the corner and then when he goes for a third one, Balor with Slingblade. Rollins with a super kick for a near fall. Balor with an elbow and chop followed by forearms. Rollins sets for the V Trigger but Balor with a forearm. Rollins with an enzuigiri and both men are down.

Rolins goes up top for the Phoenix Splash but Balor moves and Rollins lands on his feet. Balor with a running drop kick that sends Rollins into the turnbuckles. Balor goes up top for the Coup de Grace but Rollins recovers and hits a superplex and then rolls through into a Falcon Arrow for a near fall. Rolllins goes up top again and he goes for a frog splash but Balor gets his knees up and Balor gets a near fall on a rollup.

Sheamus and Cesaro’s music plays and they make their way to the ring. They go after Jason Jordan who is blocked by Gallows and Anderson and they miss Jordan and hits Gallows and Anderson. Balor with a plancha onto Cesaro, Sheamus, Anderson, and Gallows. Balor with an enzuigiri and he goes up top for the Coup De Grace but he misses. Balor with a forearm to Cesaro. Jordan trips Balor and Rollins with Black Out for the three count.

Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw. There is a recap video of last week’s episode of Raw. Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring. After all of his attacks and after all of his hype, you would think that Samoa Joe would have been ready. When it was time to put up or shut up, Joe was silenced. That is why he is still champion. It isn’t because he is better than Joe, he was fighting for a purpose. He was fighting for Dean Ambrose. Roman says he has a message for everyone. If you mess with any member of the Shield, you mess with all of us. That was last week and it is this week. Jason Jordan interrupts and makes his way to the ring.

Jason says when he watched Roman’s match last week, he got goosebumps. For the first time, he felt like he was part of something meaningful. Roman was right, when you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us. Jason says on behalf of his partner Seth Rollins, you proved that this is your yard. Jason wants to thank Roman. Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring. Seth says he appreciates Jason, but he has a lot to learn. Last week, you learned about teamwork. This week, you have to work on your timing. You are stepping on Roman’s moment.

Jason says this is everyone’s moment. Jason says they all had issues with Samoa Joe and Roman took care of it. Jason says they took care of the Bar. They are all champions and they run the show.

Roman says that Jason teams with Seth and Roman says that he is The Guy. Jason says they might not be the Shield, but they are pretty good. They might be the most dominant three man group in WWE. Finn Balor, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson make their way to the stage.

Finn says that Jason is excited to be part of something big, but are you really part of the most dominant three man group in WWE? Finn says he was running with Gallows and Anderson for ten years before you knew that Kurt Angle was your dad. Karl says that they have run with Finn for a long time and you can see it on the WWE Network.

Luke says they knew it was time to stand alone when Finn showed up. They won the tag titles. Finn was the first Universal Champion. Karl says they knew that they would get back together and take over that place. Finn says that day was last Monday. Finn says they are excited too because 2018 is the Year of Balor Club. Jason says he is happy to be part of the Champions’ Club.

Karl asks if that is a cute new version of the Shield. Finn says he does not see the Lunatic Fringe. He sees the Architect and the Big Dog. He sees . . . Luke throws out a NERD. Jason slaps Gallows and Rollins holds Jordan back while Balor and Anderson hold back Gallows.

Kurt Angle makes his way to the stage and he mentions what is on the show tonight, but he just found his main event. Kurt wants to find out who would win a match between these teams so it will be a six man tag match tonight.

Finn Balor says it is time to stop reminiscing. He wants to talk strategy. Karl says they are talking about throwing down instead of throwing back with everyone in Japan. Finn says the tactics remain the same. Finn says they have an opportunity to show that 2018 is going to be the Year of the Balor Club.

Jason Jordan, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins versus Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, and Finn Balor

Balor and Rollins start things off and Balor with a side head lock and take down. Rollins with a head scissors. Balor escapes. Rollins with a side head lock take down but Balor with a head scissors and Rollins escapes. Rollins with a sunset flip and Balor rolls through and hits a drop kick for a near fall. Anderson tags in and he hits a back breaker for a near fall. Gallows tags in and Reigns makes the tag and hits a Samoan drop on Gallows. Reigns and Rollins with a double shoulder tackle to Balor and they send him to the floor. Reigns with a broad jump drop kick to Gallows and Anderson on the floor while Rollins hits a suicide dive onto Balor. Jordan celebrates in the ring with Rollins and Reigns as we go to commercial.

We are back and Balor with an arm bar and Irish whip. Rollins with a flatline into the turnbuckles. Reigns tags in and he hits two clotheslines and a flying clothesline. Reigns with NeverEnding Story followed by a boot to the head. Reigns sets for the Superman punch and he punches Anderson. Balor with Slingblade to Reigns and Anderson tags in. Anderson punches Reigns. Gallows tags in and he kicks Reigns and then connects with an uppercut. Gallows with a round kick to the temple for a near fall.

Gallows with a reverse chin lock on Reigns. Reigns with punches and Gallows pulls Reigns down by the hair. Anderson tags in and he kicks Reigns. Anderson gets a near fall and then he returns to the return chin lock. Anderson with a kick and punch but reigns with a tilt-a-whirl power slam and both men are down. Gallows tags in and he kicks Reigns in the back to stop Roman’s path to the corner. Gallows with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Gallows with a rear chin lock. Reigns punches Gallows but Gallows with a boot to the head. Reigns bounces off the ropes and hits a Superman punch.

Anderson and Rollins tag in and Rollins with a springboard clothesline and blockbuster. Rollins with a suicide dive onto Gallows and Balor. Rollins with Slingblade to Anderson and he hits a running forearm into the corner and follows with a suplex rolling into a Falcon Arrow for a near fall. Anderson holds on to the ropes and Gallows with a waist lock. Rollins kicks Anderson and Jordan clotheslines Gallows over the top rope to the floor. Anderson with a spinebuster for a near fall. Anderson keeps Rollins from making the tag and Gallows tags in. Gallows punches Jordan off the apron but Rollins with an enzuigiri to Gallows and both men are down.

Balor tags in and Rollins with a modified Olympic Slam and both men are down. Jordan comes in and Reigns is tagged in but the referee does not allow it because he does not see it. Gallows and Anderson hit Magic Killer. Reigns takes care of Anderson and Gallows. Reigns argues with Jordan and Reigns is pulled to the floor. Reigns sends Gallows into the ring post and then Reigns with a Superman punch to Anderson. Reigns with a spear to Gallows on the floor. Balor with a running drop kick that sends Rollins into the turnbuckles and Balor hits Coup de Grace for the three count.

Winners: Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, and Finn Balor

Kurt Angle is on the phone talking about the Women’s Royal Rumble match.

Finn Balor enters and he sas that he was the first Universal Champion and he never lost the title and never got a rematch. If he has to defeat 29 other people to get his match, he will do it. He is in the Rumble match.

Kurt says he thought Finn was here to talk about something else. Kurt mentions the match with Finn against The MizTourage and Elias. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson enter and he says that they have been by his side before.

-Commercial Break-

We join the match in progress to see Axel power Balor into the corner and hit some shoulder thrusts. Axel hits a snapmare followed by a rolling neck snapper for a near fall. Elias tags in and punches away at Balor. Balor comes back with a kick, but Elias shakes it off and stomps him down in the corner. Elias gets him to his feet, but Balor punches him back. Elias quickly takes him down for a two count. Elias applies an arm bar, but Balor fights up. Elias quickly takes him down again, but Balor once again gets up, takes Elias down, and hits a double stomp.

Gallows and Dallas are tagged in. Gallows clotheslines Dallas and knocks Axel off the apron. Gallows big boots Dallas and kicks him in the midsection, but Elias breaks it up. Elias is knocked out of the ring. Balor is tagged in. Anderson and Gallows hit Magic Killer on Dallas, and Balor follows up with Coup de Gras for the win.

Finn Balor and Samoa Joe vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson

We go to the ring and out first comes Finn Balor. Samoa Joe is out next to be his partner. Out next are Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Anderson drops Balor as the bell hits due to Balor being distracted by arguing with Joe. Balor and Joe turn it around with quick tags as they unload on Anderson near their corner. Gallows comes in but Joe drops him while making the save for Balor. We go to commercial as it appears Balor and Joe may work together as a team.

Back from the break and Balor and Joe double team Anderson in their corner. Anderson looks to turn it around on Balor but Balor drops him with a kick from the apron. Balor goes to the top but Anderson crotches him due to an assist from Gallows. Gallows tags in and ends up turning it around on Balor. Gallows with offense as he keeps Balor down. Gallows drops elbows for a pin attempt and tags in Anderson for some double teaming in the corner.

Anderson takes Balor out of the corner and keeps him grounded now. Balor tries to fight back but Anderson drops him with a high elbow for a 2 count. Anderson keeps Balor grounded again. Balor tries to turn it around but Anderson ends up hitting a Spinebuster and keeping control as we go to commercial.

Back from the break and Balor finally makes the hot tag to Joe. Joe unloads on Anderson and hits an atomic drop, then the big kick. Joe with a senton on Anderson and a shot to Gallows on the apron. Joe keeps the offense going and tags in Balor. Balor goes to the top as Joe tosses Gallows to the floor when he runs in. Balor comes down from the top and kicks Gallows in the face from the apron. Joe drops Anderson with the Uranage. Joe runs the ropes and nails a big dive on Gallows on the floor. Balor hits Coup de Grace on Balor for the pin and the win.
